All rabbitholes, community lots are included.
I didn't put too much trees and lots so you can add as much as u want.
2 version are available (populated and unpopulated)

World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural.
Katy Perry's Sweet Treats.
I've test this world everything works fine.
